Hindi language is now supported on Pokémon GO!

To celebrate the launch of Pokémon GO in Hindi, we’re holding a special event for all Trainers in India.

From Friday, September 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to October 14, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Field Research
You can complete Field Research tasks that award encounters with the following Pokémon:
- Bulbasaur
- Charmander
- Squirtle
Certain Field Research tasks will award Mega Energy!
- Venusaur Mega Energy
- Charizard Mega Energy
- Blastoise Mega Energy
In addition, certain other Field Research tasks will award Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle Candy!
Timed Research
Until October 14, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time, Trainers will be able to complete special Timed Research that will award items like a Star Piece, Rare Candy, and a Super Incubator, as well as encounters with the following Pokémon:
- Lapras
- Snorlax
Bonuses
All Trainers in India can also look forward to the following bonuses.
- Earn Buddy Hearts 2× as fast
- 2× Incense Duration
- Chance of daily surprise encounters with Torkoal when you take GO Snapshots!
Weekend Booster Kit
To help new Trainers in India along on their journey, a special Timed Research will be available every weekend from September 16, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. until December 31, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Trainers who complete the Timed Research will be awarded with items like Razz Berries, Nanab Berries, Pinap Berries, Incense, Poké Balls, and Great Balls.
Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before 8:00 p.m. local time every Sunday.
