The Eon duo is finally complete in Pokémon Unite!

The Pokémon Company has announced that Latias will officially join the Pokémon Unite roster on August 8th, 2025, following the recent addition of her counterpart Latios earlier this month.

Latias enters the battlefield as a swift and strategic addition to the game’s growing lineup. Just like Latios, she brings with her a unique tag-team mechanic that allows the two Eon Pokémon to teleport to each other instantly, opening the door to dynamic team plays and high-mobility escapes or ambushes.

In addition to Latias’ arrival, Pokémon Unite will introduce a brand-new game mode called Electrode Volleyball — a fast-paced, fun mini-game featuring everyone’s favorite exploding ball Pokémon. This new mode is expected to bring more casual and chaotic fun to the Unite experience.
