McDonald’s Japan Announces Pokémon Frienda and Pokepeace Collaborations for February 2025

McDonald’s Japan has just revealed two exciting collaborations for February 2025, featuring Pokémon Frienda and Pokepeace. Starting February 14th, fans of both Pokémon and McDonald’s will have the chance to get their hands on exclusive items related to these two beloved themes.

Pokémon Frienda Collaboration

The Pokémon Frienda collaboration brings the fun of the Pokémon arcade game to McDonald’s with special Pokémon-themed picks. For those unfamiliar with Pokémon Frienda, it’s an arcade game where players can collect and battle Pokémon using these picks, making it a favorite for many. As part of this promotion, customers will receive Pokémon Frienda picks with their meals, allowing them to collect and battle Pokémon in the game while enjoying their favorite fast food.

Pokepeace Sticker & Search Books

In addition to the Pokémon Frienda collaboration, McDonald’s Japan will also release Pokepeace-themed sticker and search books. These charming books are designed for fans of all ages, featuring peaceful designs of popular Pokémon in tranquil settings. The Pokepeace collaboration aims to spread a sense of calm and relaxation, making it the perfect companion for fans of the franchise who appreciate its more serene side.

Available from February 14, 2025

Both the Pokémon Frienda picks and Pokepeace sticker & search books will be available starting February 14th, 2025, at participating McDonald’s locations across Japan. These items are limited edition, so be sure to grab them before they’re gone!

I Wish We Had This Too!

It’s always exciting to see international Pokémon promotions like this one, and it’s a reminder of how much fun it would be to have similar events closer to home. While we currently have the Pokémon TCG campaign at McDonald’s for Dragon-type trainers in Australia, we can’t help but wish for even more collaborations like these to make their way down under. Fingers crossed for future promotions in our region!

Don’t miss out on the Pokémon Frienda and Pokepeace items in Japan this February—whether you’re a Pokémon fan or simply looking to enjoy a unique collaboration, these collectibles are sure to be a hit!
