Pokémon Center Japan Announces Stunning Ceramic Decorations Featuring Pikachu, Ekans, and Pawmi
The Pokémon Company has unveiled its latest collaboration with the renowned Japanese ceramics brand Yakushigama, bringing fans a new series of beautifully sculpted ceramic decorations. This release is based on illustrations by the legendary Atsuko Nishida, the original designer of Pikachu, and is inspired by the upcoming Year of the Snake in 2025.
The collection includes two charming pieces:
- A heartwarming figure of Pikachu snuggling up with Ekans, perfectly embodying friendship and the Year of the Snake theme.
- A standalone Pawmi charm, elegantly designed with Yakushigama’s signature craftsmanship.

Both items will be available for purchase in Japan starting November 28th, 2024.
This marks the fifth collection in the ongoing collaboration between Yakushigama and Pokémon, known for blending traditional Japanese pottery artistry with Pokémon’s playful charm. Previous releases in this series featured other iconic Pokémon and seasonal themes, making each piece a collectible masterpiece.
