The latest movie that is being aired in theaters in Japan starting from Christmas Day focus’s on a boy named “Koko”. Koko has his own issues with his father, his happens to be a Pokemon. In a interview with Oricon News Yajima talks about the theme of parental bonds.

When faced with Koko and his caretaker, Zarude, Ash can’t help but reflect but reflect on his own father. It seems as though Ash owes his personality to him. this is the first time ever that Ash has mentioned his Father.

It is doubtful that that it will be a very long segment of the movie with his actual Father not actually making an appearance in the movie, but we will have to see the movie to actually know what happens. It has been a very long wait for Ash to finally mention his absent Dad. The movie is airing in theaters in Japan from Christmas day. The international release is expected in 2021 sometime.

It will be interesting to see what Ash says about his Dad and be able to find out what he is like at last even if it’s a small amount of information. This is something that Pokemon fans have been wondering about for a long time.
