Pokemon 25th Anniversary – Jumbo Cards of all starter Pokemon

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Pokèmon, the Pokèmon Company are releasing jumbo cards of all 24 starter Pokèmon. These will be released in special booster packs. Jumbo cards are 3 times the size of regular cards.

Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle from Base set no longer show a copyright acknowledging Wizards of the Coast. this is the only change made to these cards.

Each Generation will get a “First Partner Pack” that will contain three jumbo cards of its starter Pokèmon along with two regular booster packs. These will be available at stores and the Pokemon Center website.

The first “First Partner Pack” will be available from the March 5th and will feature the Galar Region starters. This is already up for Pre-order on the EB Games website.

Here’s a look at what the packs will look like, this is for the Galar Region, each gen will have their starters on the front of the pack.

This is the list of the following packs that will be released after the Galar Region. I’ve noticed that they be decided to go with the latest Generation first and Go backwards. Which is clever in a way, but I’m disappointed I have to so long for the Kanto pack.

I've been a fan of Pokèmon since I was 10 years old. My favourite regions are Kanto and Johto as this is what I grew up with. I have room dedicated to Pokèmon collectables and other toys from the 80's and 90's.
