Pokémon Center Hiroshima Reopens

Pokémon Center Hiroshima Reopens on April 11, 2025, with New Shiny Gyarados Statue!

Exciting news for Pokémon fans—Pokémon Center Hiroshima is officially reopening on April 11, 2025! After undergoing renovations, the store will return on the second floor of the north exit of Hiroshima Station, offering an even larger space filled with exciting displays and exclusive merchandise.

Shiny Gyarados Returns with a New Statue

Since its opening, Shiny Gyarados has been the mascot Pokémon of Pokémon Center Hiroshima, and it’s keeping its place in the spotlight! However, visitors will now be greeted by a brand-new Shiny Gyarados statue, making for an even more stunning centerpiece.

Exclusive Merchandise for the Grand Reopening

To celebrate the reopening, exclusive merchandise will be available for a limited time. While details on the exact items are still under wraps, fans can expect themed souvenirs featuring Shiny Gyarados and other iconic Pokémon.

A Must-Visit for Pokémon Fans in Japan

I personally visited the original Pokémon Center Hiroshima back in 2018 when I attempted to see all of the Pokémon Centers in Japan, and I highly recommend adding this stop to your travel itinerary! If you’re heading to Japan this year, be sure to check out the revamped store and experience the magic of Pokémon Center Hiroshima firsthand.
