Pokémon Center Nagoya Reopening Set for October 12, 2024!

Following its closure earlier this year, Pokémon Center Nagoya is ready to welcome fans back with a fresh, new look on October 12, 2024. The revamped store, located on the second floor of Nagoya PARCO East, will feature exciting new attractions, exclusive merchandise, and a unique Pokémon experience!

What’s New at Pokémon Center Nagoya?

The renovated store will boast a vibrant new design featuring Pikachu and Celebi at the entrance, along with a stunning golden Magikarp statue. Visitors will also find an upgraded Pokémon Card Station, offering a comfortable space for fans to enjoy Pokémon card games casually. The entire second floor is dedicated to creating an engaging Pokémon experience for fans of all ages.

Exclusive Merchandise and Events

To celebrate the reopening, Pokémon Center Nagoya will offer a range of exclusive merchandise, including items inspired by the local cityscape where nature and urban life coexist. Fans can look forward to adorable Pikachu mascots holding Tenmusu and Ogura toast and various other commemorative goods. Some of these items will also be available for purchase on the Pokémon Center Online store.

Special Nagoya-Exclusive Goods

  • Golden Magikarp Motif Canister: Fans can get their hands on a unique canister designed after the Golden Magikarp Statue displayed in the store.
  • Komeda Coffee Collaboration Items: Celebrate the reopening with a special lineup of goods created in collaboration with Komeda Coffee, a beloved Nagoya-based coffee shop. Look out for boot glasses and other items that make your coffee time or mealtime even more delightful!

Priority Entry Information

To manage the reopening smoothly, a priority entry will be conducted through an advance lottery system to avoid overcrowding. Details regarding the pre-opening preview and priority entrance can be found on the official Pokémon Center website closer to the date.
