You’ll be able to encounter costumed Pokémon! New Year’s Hat Hoothoot and 2022 Glasses Slowking make their debut! Also, for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter a Shiny Hoothoot, if you’re lucky! You’ll be able to encounter noncostumed Shiny Hoothoot after the event ends.
