After some extensive research, Professor Willow has confirmed that Hisuian Voltorb—a Pokémon known to inhabit the Hisui region of the Pokémon Legends: Arceus game—can evolve into Hisuian Electrode!

You’ll need 50 Voltorb Candy to evolve Hisuian Voltorb. You’ll also be able to evolve Hisuian Voltorb into Hisuian Electrode after the event ends.
