Pokémon Sleep’s “Valentine 2025” Event Brings Sweet Dreams and Special Encounters!
Pokémon Sleep is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a brand-new event, “Valentine 2025,” bringing delicious treats and exciting new Pokémon encounters! From February 10th to February 17th, Snorlax will be enjoying special “Dessert Drinks,” boosting its final energy and making this the perfect time to level up your sleep research.
Event Overview
For one week, all food given to Snorlax will be “Dessert Drinks,” and the final energy gained from food will be increased by 1.5 times. On top of that, two brand-new “Dessert Drink” recipes will be introduced, adding even more variety to the treats you can prepare.
Certain Pokémon that collect Special Apples, Relaxing Cocoa, and Alarm Coffee will also be featured during this event, making it a great time to expand your Pokémon research!

During the event, trainers will benefit from the following perks:

- Increased variety of Pokémon appearing during sleep research—Pokémon of other sleep types may show up, not just the one matching the researcher’s sleep type that day.

- Increased shiny encounter rates for a specific Pokémon!
- Final energy from cooking is 1.5 times the usual amount (Great Success: 3 times, and 4.5 times on Sundays).
