Satoshi and Go are watching the broadcast of “Pokemon Marine Athletic Race”, an obstacle race for Pokemon on the sea. Kairi, the partner of Vaporeon who won the race, was a friend of Kikuna, an assistant at the Sakuragi Institute! After seeing Eevee fascinated by Vaporeon, Koharu decides to visit Kairi with Satoshi and Go to meet his favorite Vaporeon!
