It has been announced this morning that a special TCG Set called Shining Fates will be released February next year. Obviously you can tell by the name that it is a throw back to the previous set “Hidden Fates”

The set will contain over 90 regular cards and over 120 cards in its Shiny Vault sub-set. This will include over 100 shiny Pokèmon, 30 Pokèmon V and VMAX. Of course there will be Shiny Charizard VMAX that I have no doubt will be very popular. Most of these cards will come from Japan’s latest set released, Shiny Star V.

The Elite Trainer box will come with a Eevee VMAX Promo Card. There will also be a Pikachu V box and three tins featuring Bolhund V, Eldegoss V and Cramorant V.

VMAX Pokèmon- Evolves from Eevee

G-MAX Cuddle 150 damage. If the defending Pokèmon tries to attack during your opponents next turn, your opponent flips a coin if tails the attack does nothing.

When your Pokèmon VMAX is knocked out, your opponent takes 3 prize cards.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)

Resistance: None

Retreat: 2

Shinning Fates will be released on the 19th of February 2021. We won’t be getting our normal February set that will be released on the 19th of March instead. This is probably so TCG fans won’t be overwhelmed with the release of two big sets at once.

This is a very exciting announcement and there is already a pretty big hype for its release. It’s been a big year for Pokèmon TCG!
