Pokémon Build-A-Bear Plushie Line Reveals Ponyta
Build-A-Bear has kicked off 2026 by unveiling its newest Pokémon collaboration, with Ponyta joining the popular plushie lineup. The Fire Horse Pokémon is being released as a brand-new plush, continuing the long-running partnership between Build-A-Bear and The Pokémon Company.
First introduced in Generation I, Ponyta is known for its flowing fiery mane and elegant design, making it a perfect fit for a cuddly collectible. Fans of classic Pokémon will especially enjoy seeing this iconic favourite brought into plush form.

In the United States, the Ponyta plush is available online only as a bundle that includes:
- A Ponyta plush
- A themed jumper (outfit)
- A 5-in-1 sound chip (voice box) featuring Ponyta sounds
In Australia, fans can purchase Ponyta and its clothing in-store right now at Build-A-Bear locations. However, availability is limited, and not all stores may carry the plush.
