Nighttime foil cards and rare art promise a haunting new set for collectors
The Pokémon Company has officially announced the Chinese release of Pokémon Trading Card Game: Pokémon 宝石包 VOL. 3, titled “夜寻魅影,悄然得宝” (Seeking the Phantom in the Night). The set is scheduled to launch on September 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST in China.

What the Set Includes

- Featured Pokémon include those more active at night:
- Gengar on the cover, known for moving through shadows.
- Meowth, whose eyes glow at night and haunts rooftops.
- Clefairy, drawn by the full moon to lakes at night.
- Other included species: Cubone, Chandelure (Water Crystal Lantern, “水晶灯火灵”), and Blaze (苍炎刃鬼) in the Japanese‑translated marketing text.

Special Foil & Artwork Features
- The set contains a range of premium foil treatments: type‑pattern foils, Master Ball pattern foils, and gold‑stamped “宝石包” logo versions.
- There are also 9 entirely new art‑illustrated foil cards, depicting atmospheric scenes such as Meowth on a rooftop under moonlight and Gengar surrounded by snacks in an empty living room.
- Trainer cards and Energy cards are included too:
