There’s an Eevee evolution laboratory in Vermilion City, this laboratory specialises in Eevee and its evolved forms. A special Eevee lives at this laboratory along with its evolution’s. However one day Eevee gets lost and runs into Chloe’s Yamper, unable to get back to the laboratory, it ends up in Chloe’s school instead.
