New Paradox Pokemon Walking Wake and Iron Leaves Arrive in Paldea Region for Tera Raid Battle Event

During today’s Pokemon Presents, it was announced that two new Paradox Pokemon – Walking Wake and Iron Leaves – will become available in the Paldea region. These Pokemon will be featured in a Tera Raid Battle event starting from Monday, February 27th, until Sunday, March 12th.

Walking Wake, based on Suicune, will be available in Pokemon Scarlet, while Iron Leaves, based on Virizion, will be available in Pokemon Violet. However, only one Walking Wake and one Iron Leaves can be caught per save file during the event.

Players will still be able to participate in the Tera Raid Battle event after catching Walking Wake or Iron Leaves to obtain other rewards. Additionally, these Paradox Pokemon will reappear in future events.

Players can battle version-exclusive Pokemon by connecting to another Trainer’s Tera Raid Battle using the internet or local connectivity. A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to participate in Tera Raid Battles with other Trainers online.

To encounter Pokemon featured in Tera Raid Battle events, players must download the latest software update and Poké Portal News. Poké Portal News can be automatically downloaded when the Nintendo Switch system is connected to the internet or manually downloaded by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu, then Mystery Gift, then Check Poké Portal News.
