LEGO Reveals 12 New Pokémon Smart Play Sets for August 2026
LEGO and Pokémon have officially unveiled the full lineup of their upcoming LEGO Pokémon Smart Play collection, with an exciting range of interactive sets set to launch in August 2026.
The new range features 12 different playsets, each incorporating LEGO’s new “Smart Brick” technology, allowing builders to unlock interactive features and special play functions as they bring the Pokémon world to life.
From epic Pokémon battles to treasure hunts and spooky adventures, there’s something for Trainers of all ages.
What is LEGO Pokémon Smart Play?
Unlike traditional LEGO sets, the Smart Play range includes interactive “smart bricks” that activate various gameplay gimmicks and effects.
While LEGO is still revealing exactly how each set will work, the technology promises to make building and playing with Pokémon even more immersive.
The Smart Play series combines classic LEGO building with interactive adventures inspired by the Pokémon universe.
