Suntory Announces Pokémon “Evolution Bottle” Campaign for 30th Anniversary

Suntory has officially revealed another major Pokémon collaboration for the franchise’s 30th anniversary celebrations, this time featuring special “Pokémon Evolution Bottles” across its soft drink lineup in Japan.

The campaign is scheduled to begin on June 15th, 2026, with Suntory teasing original merchandise giveaways and limited-edition bottle designs themed around Pokémon evolution lines.

18 Different Pokémon Evolution Bottle Designs

According to the official campaign page, the collaboration will feature:

  • 18 different Pokémon bottle designs

The bottles are being marketed as “Pokémon Evolution Bottles,” although full details on every featured Pokémon and participating drinks have not yet been revealed.

Promotional artwork released so far heavily leans into Pokémon evolution themes, fitting perfectly with the franchise’s anniversary celebrations and nostalgic focus on Pokémon growth across generations.

Another Big Pokémon Drink Collaboration in Japan

This continues a growing trend of major beverage companies partnering with Pokémon throughout the franchise’s 30th anniversary year.

Suntory has already been running multiple Pokémon campaigns recently, including:

  • BOSS Coffee Pokémon cans
  • Pokémon Café drink promotions
  • Collectible Pokémon charms
  • Regional campaign giveaways

And honestly, Japan just keeps proving they know how to make even everyday drink bottles feel collectible somehow. The idea of full Pokémon “Evolution Bottles” honestly sounds like the exact kind of thing fans will end up hunting down to complete full sets once they hit stores.
