Pokémon Legends: Z-A Original Soundtrack Releases April 17th, 2026 in Japan

The Pokémon Company has officially announced the release date for the Pokémon Legends: Z-A original soundtrack album, giving fans a new way to experience the music of the upcoming title outside the game itself.

A Massive Soundtrack Collection

The Pokémon Legends: Z-A soundtrack will launch in Japan on Friday, April 17th, 2026, and will feature an impressive 148 tracks spanning the base game as well as the Mega Dimension DLC. The collection is designed to capture the full musical scope of the Kalos-inspired adventure, from sweeping city themes to intense battle compositions.

What’s Included

The soundtrack will be released as a 5-CD set, making it one of the most substantial Pokémon music releases to date. In addition to the CDs, the package will include a deluxe full-colour 36-page booklet, likely featuring artwork, track listings, and behind-the-scenes details about the music’s creation.

For long-time fans of Pokémon soundtracks, this release continues the franchise’s tradition of treating its music as a key part of the overall experience.

Regional Availability

At the time of writing, The Pokémon Company has not confirmed whether the Pokémon Legends: Z-A soundtrack will be released outside of Japan, either physically or digitally. Fans in other regions will need to wait for further announcements regarding international availability.
