Pokémon and glassybaby Reveal Stunning Hand-Blown Candle Holder Collaboration

glassybaby has officially teamed up with The Pokémon Company International for a brand-new luxury collaboration celebrating 30 years of Pokémon.

The collection, titled “Catch the Glow”, features handcrafted glass votives inspired by some of Pokémon’s most beloved characters:

  • Pikachu
  • Eevee
  • Jigglypuff

Hand-Blown Pokémon Collectibles

Unlike traditional Pokémon merchandise, these pieces are premium hand-blown glass candle holders created by artisans in Seattle and Montana in the United States.

Each glass votive features:

  • A coloured translucent glow
  • Etched Pokémon artwork
  • Handmade glass craftsmanship
  • Limited-edition production

The collaboration blends Pokémon nostalgia with glassybaby’s signature artistic candle holder designs, creating something that honestly feels closer to luxury home décor than standard Pokémon merch.

Preorders Now Open

According to the official collection page:

  • Preorders are now live
  • Orders begin shipping from June 2nd, 2026

The collection is available through:

  • glassybaby stores
  • The company’s New York pop-up store
  • The official online store

More Pokémon Releases Planned Later This Year

glassybaby also confirmed this is only the beginning of the collaboration.

Future seasonal waves featuring additional Pokémon are already planned for:

  • Summer 2026
  • Autumn 2026

That means Pikachu, Eevee, and Jigglypuff are just the first Pokémon joining the “Catch the Glow” collection.

Pokémon Merchandise Keeps Getting More Unexpected

Honestly, Pokémon collaborations in 2026 have become completely unpredictable at this point. Between luxury watches, high-end art exhibitions, designer sneakers, orchestral concerts, and now handcrafted glass candle holders, Pokémon really has moved far beyond just games and toys.

And surprisingly… these actually look incredibly nice. The warm glowing glass paired with the etched Pokémon designs gives them a really classy look that still feels unmistakably Pokémon without being overly loud or flashy.
