Pokémon Center’s Adorable “Mogumogu Watching!” Collection Celebrates Pokémon Eating Their Favourite Foods
The Pokémon Company has revealed a brand-new merchandise line for Pokémon Centers in Japan, and it might be one of the cutest collections of the year.
Called “Mogumogu Watching!” (roughly translating to “Watching Them Munch!”), the collection focuses entirely on Pokémon enjoying their favourite foods, with a range of plushies, home goods, stationery, accessories, and apparel inspired by some hilariously fitting Pokémon eating habits.
The collection launches at Pokémon Center stores across Japan on May 30th, 2026, with online sales beginning through Pokémon Center Online on May 28th, 2026.

Pokémon Enjoying Their Favourite Meals
Rather than focusing on popular mascots like Pikachu, this collection highlights Pokémon and the foods they are known for eating throughout the games and Pokédex lore.
Some of the standout items include:
- A poseable Zweilous plush with movable necks as its two heads fight over a single piece of food.
- A reversible Drowzee cushion inspired by its habit of eating dreams.
- An onigiri pouch featuring Geodude happily munching on a moss-covered rock.
- A tissue box cover based on Pincurchin that dispenses tissues directly from its mouth.
- A smartphone stand featuring Swalot and Gulpin.
- A coin bank themed around Cofagrigus collecting treasure.
- Wind-up figures of Spheal happily clapping before mealtime.
Plenty of Everyday Merchandise Too
Beyond the larger collectibles, the collection also includes:
- Mugs
- Tote bags
- Open-collar shirts
- Towels
- Clear files
- Sticker sets
- Acrylic keychains
- Ring notebooks
- Pens
- Clear pouches
- Placemats
Many of the items feature artwork created by Japanese illustrator and animator Caterpillar, whose playful art style perfectly matches the theme.

One of Pokémon Center’s Most Creative Collections Yet
Pokémon Center releases dozens of themed collections every year, but “Mogumogu Watching!” stands out because it focuses on some of the stranger and more amusing Pokémon behaviours that fans rarely see represented in merchandise.
Honestly, the Zweilous plush alone looks fantastic. The idea of both heads arguing over a single snack is exactly the sort of Pokémon personality detail fans love, and the Geodude rice ball pouch and Pincurchin tissue holder feel like the kind of wonderfully weird products only Pokémon Center Japan would think to make.
For collectors who enjoy the more quirky side of Pokémon merchandise, this could end up being one of the most memorable Pokémon Center releases of 2026.
