A Collector’s Dream
As Pokémon celebrates its 30th Anniversary, we’ve seen some incredible merchandise releases, but this collection feels especially meaningful for longtime fans.
From Game Boy cartridges to Nintendo Switch adventures, these products celebrate the journeys we’ve taken across nearly three decades of Pokémon history. Whether it’s the package art from your very first Pokémon game or a reminder of the region where you caught your favourite partner, there’s a little bit of nostalgia for everyone.
Personally, I’m obsessed with the miniature game cartridge keychains and that framed complete pin collection. Seeing every mainline Pokémon game represented together really shows just how far the franchise has come since 1996. For Pokémon collectors, this might end up being one of the standout merchandise releases of the entire 30th Anniversary celebration.
